Waste Segregation Application
Waste Segregation System is an AI-powered waste classification application developed using Python, OpenCV, and YOLOv8 to detect and categorize waste materials in real time through a webcam. The system analyzes objects presented to the camera and automatically classifies them as either Biodegradable or Non-Biodegradable waste. By leveraging computer vision and deep learning techniques, the project promotes efficient waste management practices, supports environmental sustainability, and demonstrates the practical application of artificial intelligence in solving real-world challenges.
